プライベートスペース（※）外にゆうちょ手続きアプリとゆうちょ認証アプリをインストールのうえ、ご利用ください。
※Android15から追加となった機能
＊プライベートスペース内でゆうちょ手続きアプリ、ゆうちょ認証アプリいずれかをインストールした状態でゆうちょ手続きアプリを操作するとゆうちょ認証アプリが起動せず、Google Play Storeに遷移してしまいます。

【iPhoneの場合】
非表示フォルダ（※）外にゆうちょ手続きアプリとゆうちょ認証アプリを配置してご利用ください。
※iOS18から追加となった機能
＊非表示フォルダ内にゆうちょ手続きアプリ、またはゆうちょ認証アプリを入れた状態で、ゆうちょ手続きアプリを操作するとゆうちょ認証アプリが起動せず、App Storeに遷移してしまいます。

If I select the Yucho Authentication App for identity verification method on the Yucho Tetsuzuki App, the app does not start and will be redirected to the app store. What should I do?

This issue might be resolved by the following.
If it does not resolve, please complete the procedure using one of the following identification documents: Individual number card, Driver's license, or Residence card.

Please install the Yucho Tetsuzuki App and the Yucho Authentication App outside of your Private Space* before using the Yucho Tetsuzuki App.
*Features added from Android 15
＊If you use the Yucho Tetsuzuki App with either the Yucho Tetsuzuki App or the Yucho Authentication App installed in Private Space, the Yucho Authentication App will not be started and will be redirected to Google Play Store.

Please place the Yucho Tetsuzuki App and the Yucho Authentication App outside of Hidden apps folder* before using the Yucho Tetsuzuki App.
