Please present your valid residence card at our website or at savings counter in Japan Post Bank or Post Offices.

[Bank Website Procedure]
You can access "Customer Information Declaration Website" from the "Customer Information Submission Request Website", and upload a photo of your valid residence card and respond to the questions.

[Over-counter Procedure]
Please present your valid residence card, bankbook or ATM card at savings counter in Japan Post Bank or Post Offices.

Moreover, if you'd like to receive another "Request for Presentation of Valid Residence Card" please call Customer Information Management Center.

Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 9:00 ~ 17:00
※Please note that we cannot resend the request after a certain period of time has passed once it has been requested.
